My Experience:

Love it! Love it! Love it!

This was my first trip to Ojai and the Emerald Iguana Inn, and definitely not my last.

I found Ojai to be quaint, hip and trendy. Seems hard to make all of these adjectives work, but they do.

I think it was the lush paradise of the Emerald Iguana Inn, with it's comfortable, spacious and inviting rooms that started the

trip off right.  Walking distance from main street, is a huge plus for me because the weather is so nice it makes you

want to enjoy the outdoors.

I dined at several places Antonio's Cantina, the Ranch House, and more...all the food was delicious.

For things to do, a must is Bart's Books, I promise you have never seen a used book store such as this. Offering about

200,000 volumes, amazing.  Take comfy shoes for walking up and down main street, enjoy an ice cream or visit the Theatre.

A new candy store opened, and of course I bought something. I was lucky enough to experience the incredible Taft Gardens,

80 acres of amazing and only available to guests of the Emerald or Blue Iguana Inns.

There are many events coming up in Ojai the Ojai Farm to Table Tour promises to be a good one. www.OjaiFestival.org

With so many things I didn't do during this trip, Ojai is an easy drive and off the 101 Freeway near Ventura.

I will be going back soon and so should you.
