My Experience:
This was easy, how can you not like anything near the
beach. The Eco-Cottages are in the famous town of Venice Beach, California. The cottages, and there are three
cottages, are not on the beach but close to everything.
I was delighted to find the cottages were as unique, cute
and comfy as they look on the web. I stayed in the Le Bebe and at first had to look around carefully to see what truly
made the cottage Eco-friendly. From the lighting, the paint used on the walls and floor, and the energy efficient
appliances, I found it easy to be Eco-friendly plus have all of the technology I've become accustomed to.
It
was easy to leave my car at the cottages and walk to the trendy Abbott Kinney Blvd. For those looking for hip and organic
food Axe is the place to go. Restaurants dot the street, including a wonderful bakery and a little farther down the
street a taco shop. After walking and eating, I hopped in my car and drove about 10 minutes to the Santa Monica Promenade
and went shopping and people watching, fabulous!
For the beach lovers the Santa Monica pier is also only about
10 minutes away by car, however you can easily walk to the beach from the cottages, or take your car.
For me, I
now understand and believe in Eco-friendly.......We all should start doing our part. Plus, I only stayed in one of the
three beautifully decorated cottages, there are two more too go
